This 2008 Monaco Dynasty Renaissance IV is a 44′ motorcoach that was sold on BaT in April 2024 and subsequently acquired by the current owner on BaT in June 2024. Since then, the current owner has added approximately 8k miles and has commissioned repairs to the headlights, leveling system, dash-mounted air-conditioning system, and generator, replacement rear slide-out awnings, installation of a 2,800-watt inverter, and the addition of tow equipment. Power is from a Cummins 8.9-liter turbodiesel inline-six paired with an Allison six-speed automatic transmission and a dually rear drive axle. The coach is finished in black and gray and equipped with quad slide-outs. The floor plan includes a lounge area, a workstation, a kitchenette, a dinette, two bathrooms, and an aft bedroom. The power-adjustable captain’s chairs located in the forward compartment are trimmed in beige leather.

Amenities consist of sliding windows with shades, composite countertops, dual kitchen sinks, a cooktop, a residential-style refrigerator, a microwave oven, a combination washer and dryer, a Sony multi-disc CD stereo, a Sony DVD player, and two flat-screen TVs. Mechanical equipment includes shore connections, freshwater and waste tanks, and an Onan generator.

The two-tone steering wheel sits ahead of an 85-mph speedometer, a 4k-rpm tachometer, supplementary gauges, and accessory control panels. The digital odometer shows 56k miles, 8k of which were added under current ownership.

The rear bedroom is outfitted with a queen bed, a ceiling fan, a flat-screen TV, recessed lighting, a built-in dresser, bedside shelves, and lighting control panels.

The en suite private bathroom is equipped with an enclosed shower, a wardrobe, a toilet, a sink and vanity, and a toiletries cabinet with integrated mirrors. An Ariston washer and dryer are located in a dedicated compartment.

Power is sent to the rear drive wheels through an Allison 3000-MH six-speed automatic transmission. The coach is equipped with a dually rear drive axle and a tag axle. Electric trailer brake equipment has been added.

The body is finished in black and gray with multi-color accent stripes. Equipment includes quad slide-outs with toppers, a one-piece fiberglass roof, a 100-watt rooftop solar panel, and a Winegard Trav’ler automatic satellite TV antenna with a protective dome as well as air horns, clearance and fog lights, perimeter lighting, window awnings, Girard power-operated door and patio awnings, power-operated boarding steps, and a receiver hitch. The low-beam headlights were repaired under current ownership, and the seller notes that two rear slide-out awnings have been replaced.

Aluminum 22.5″ wheels wear 295/80R Michelin Energy tires, and stopping power is from front disc and rear drum brakes. The coach is also equipped with a two-stage Jacobs engine brake as well as automatic traction control, and the Roadmaster S-series chassis rides on an air-adjustable suspension that features an auto-leveling system. An Onan 10kW diesel-fueled generator is secured on a slide-out platform behind the front fascia, and additional infrastructure equipment includes central water filters, a 100-gallon freshwater tank, a 70-gallon gray-water tank, a 40-gallon black tank, a 25-gallon propane tank, eight house batteries, a 2,800-watt pure sine-wave inverter, and shore connections for water, waste disposal, and 50-amp electrical service. The seller notes the hydraulic/air leveling system was repaired with a replacement control module and air-fitting repairs and is now functional. The seller further notes that the generator received a replacement fuel pump and fuel filter.

The forward compartment houses power-adjustable captain’s chairs trimmed in beige leather upholstery complemented by a color-coordinated center console, dash surround, and wraparound privacy curtains. Equipment includes adjustable pedals, GPS navigation, sliding side windows, a reverse-view monitor, power-operated sun visors, a storage drawer, a Cobra CB radio, and a Sony multi-disc CD stereo.

The living quarters feature an 84″ ceiling height and are outfitted with woodgrain and tile floors, recessed lighting, storage cabinets, and central air conditioning and heating. The forward lounge area houses a fold-out sofa, a workstation with a swiveling chair, a Sony DVD player, and a 32″ flat-screen TV mounted overhead. The kitchenette is equipped with composite countertops, a recessed two-burner propane cooktop, a convection microwave oven, dual sinks, and a residential-style refrigerator and freezer. A two-person dinette sits adjacent to the galley, and a powder room is located at the rear of the compartment. The seller notes the rear air conditioning unit was replaced in 2020, and the twin rooftop air conditioning units were replaced in 2022.

The 8.9-liter Cummins ISL turbodiesel inline-six was factory rated at 425 horsepower and 1,200 lb-ft of torque. The seller notes that an AGG tuner and exhaust gas temperature monitoring equipment have been installed. Fuel and oil filters were replaced in May 2024, and the seller notes that an engine service was performed in June 2026.
