This 2000 Country Coach Kensington motorcoach was built on a 1999 Prevost H3-45 chassis and is said to have remained in storage for eight years before it was purchased by the seller in 2024. Subsequent work involved installing granite flooring, changing fluids and filters, and replacing the instrument cluster, chassis and house batteries, tires, rooftop air conditioners, and one of the central air conditioners. The seating is trimmed in beige leather, and the floor plan includes a lounge with a sofa and chair, a galley, a dinette, an aft bedroom, and a bathroom. Power is from a Detroit Diesel 12.7-liter turbocharged inline-six paired with an Allison six-speed automatic transmission and a dually rear drive axle. Amenities consist of ducted climate control, power-operated window shades, a residential-style refrigerator, a convection microwave oven, and a drop-down flatscreen TV.

The motorhome is also outfitted with shore connections, freshwater and waste tanks, and a PowerTech generator.

The body is finished in brown and gray with multi-tone graphics and chrome trim. A power-operated awning is positioned on the curb side, and other equipment includes window awnings, LED headlights, air horns, quad windshield wipers, equipment bays, a receiver hitch, and a satellite TV antenna with a protective dome.

The pass-through bathroom is situated between the lounge and the bedroom and has privacy doors at each entrance. Beige cloth lines the walls, and other features include a sink and vanity, a lavatory with a sink, and a shower with a glass door and a seat. A slide-out hamper and a Splendide combination washer and dryer is housed in a dedicated cabinet.

The bedroom is situated at the rear and has a mattress, built-in nightstands, a walk-in closet with cabinets and drawers, and a Panasonic tube-style TV.

The Detroit Diesel 12.7-liter turbocharged inline-six sends power to the rear drive wheels through an Allison six-speed automatic transmission, and the coach is equipped with a tag axle. Work under current ownership included changing the engine oil, fuel filter, coolant filter as well as replacing the accessory belts and the four chassis batteries.

The Prevost H3-45 VIP chassis rides on an air-adjustable suspension and is equipped with an HWH auto-leveling system. The motorhome has 22.5″ alloy wheels, and the seller notes that the Hankook front tires were replaced following their acquisition, while the rear Toyo tires were mounted in preparation for the sale. Stopping power is from air-actuated front and rear disc brakes, and an engine brake is also equipped. A PowerTech 17.5kW diesel-fueled generator is secured within an equipment bay, and additional infrastructure equipment includes freshwater and waste tanks, six house batteries, a Heart power inverter, and utility connections for water, waste disposal, and 50-amp electrical service. The generator engine oil was changed and the house batteries were replaced under current ownership.

The forward compartment houses power-adjustable captain’s chairs trimmed in beige leather along with a color-coordinated dashboard surround and woodgrain trim. Equipment includes power-operated sunshades, a reverse-view camera, cruise control, cab air conditioning, a Pioneer head unit, and a Midland two-way radio. The cab air conditioner compressor was replaced under current ownership, and the seller notes a refrigerant leak in that system.

Instrumentation consists of an 80-mph speedometer, a tachometer, supplementary gauges, and accessory control panels. The instrument cluster was replaced under current ownership, and the replacement digital odometer shows under 2k miles. The seller estimates approximately 4k miles have been added under current ownership. A Detroit Diesel ECU diagnostic report shown in the gallery indicates accumulated engine miles as of January 21, 2025. Total mileage is unknown.

The living quarters are outfitted with granite tile flooring, recessed lighting, power-operated window shades, and ducted climate control. The lounge area is furnished with a power-operated fold-out sofa and a swiveling chair upholstered in beige leather along with sliding side windows, Panasonic VHS and DVD players, audio speakers, and a drop-down Samsung flatscreen TV mounted overhead. Work under current ownership involved replacing the water pump, rooftop air conditioners, one of the central air conditioners, and the water heater heating elements.

The galley is equipped with composite countertops, cabinets and drawers, and a recessed Gaggenau two-burner cooktop as well as a sink, a Sharp convection microwave oven, and a Whirlpool residential-style refrigerator and freezer. A lighted glassware cabinet is mounted above the countertop, and a dinette with two chairs is across the walkway.
